So I thought “um, maybe I will record my workout today”… I did. It was terrible. First, it took me a long time to get into my flow because I kept worrying about the camera, kept wondering how I looked. Once I got into the flow things were great, but I never stayed in my flow for very long. So today, my lesson is learned. I wanted to make a video but I used my “hoop practice” time to do it. Not exactly what this challenge is about. I put something else first before concentrating on me.
But again, maybe this is what the hoop challenge is all about. 30 minutes a day for 30 days… that’s pretty rad. If it took this challenge for me to realize that I can’t record my workouts, then well, I learned something right?
